Luggage 

Check In Luggage

 Remember, if you're checking in luggage, it's recommended to arrive at the airport at least one hour before your flight. If you only have carry-on luggage, arrive at least 45 minutes before.

Arriving Luggage

Travelling with checked luggage is a breeze, available for collection from the baggage carousels right near the arrivals area.

Luggage Trolleys

 Not to worry if you aren’t a light traveller – there are baggage trolleys available and requires a $1 or $2 coin, which is refunded at the return of the trolley. 

Oversized Luggage

 Oversized luggage will be available for collection adjacent to the baggage carousels. 

Lost Luggage

Although it's rare, if your luggage doesn’t appear on the baggage carousels, please head to your designated airline counter for assistance. The airline counters are located to the left of the arrivals area, towards the departure concourse. For more details, refer to our Terminal Map(PDF, 576KB).
