Book a Space

Rockhampton Airport offers three types of rooms for hire within the terminal. There is tea and coffee facilities available for each room. Have a browse our options below. To book a conference room, please complete the Airport Rooms for Hire Booking Request Form(PDF, 297KB)  and return it to us at airportadmin@rrc.qld.gov.au.

Eddie Hudson Room

This room is an open plan room and is designated for business seminars, conferences and meetings.  Located at the southern end of the terminal on the ground floor, this room can be set up in an array of styles including classroom, theatre or banquet and can accommodate up to 60 people. This room is also used as a makeshift customs screening and processing area for visiting international military personnel. The rate for the Eddie Hudson Room is: An hourly rate of $138, a half day rate of $276, and a full day rate of $552.

Airport Management Board Room

This room is set up as a conference room featuring a large boardroom table and can accommodate up to 14 people. Special features include whiteboards, wall-mounted screen/television and telephone with teleconferencing capabilities.  The rate for the Airport Management Board Room is an hourly rate of $104, a half day rate at $242, and a full day rate at $345.

Private Offices

Ideal for 1-3 people, these spaces feature large wooden and comfortable office chairs, perfect for completing work quietly. The daily rate to hire an office space is $105.

Catering

The Airport Café is available for catering and can be contacted on 4927 8355.  External caterers are welcome and can be accommodated.
