Airlines

If you require assistance with any element of your airline travel, we recommend that you contact the airline directly. Most airlines publish their Accessibility Access Plan on their website. It is important to keep in mind that each airline has different facilities and services available for patrons with reduced mobility or specific health requirements.

Accessible Drop Off and Pick Up Zones

30 minutes is provided free to allow for parking and assisting passengers with mobility issues. There are designated disability parking bays available in the Short Term Car Park Car Park Map(PDF, 277KB) for picking up and dropping off passengers with accessibility needs. These parking bays are the closest to the terminal, ensuring convenient access to the terminal building. Parking charges will apply after the 30 minute grace period. Accessible Parking

Assistance Animals

Assistance animals are welcome inside the terminal building. The assistance animal toilet facility is located centrally at the front of the terminal. Please ensure that your airline is provided with adequate advanced notice if an assistance animal is travelling with the passenger.
